As a Specialist Salon we have a Booking Policy in place
Terms & Conditions
We require a non‑refundable $50 booking deposit for all new clients, colour services, curly hair services, and large appointments. This deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your service, or if you choose to rebook, it can be transferred to your next colour appointment.
Deposits are fully transferable outside of 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking. You will receive a reminder text message 72 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid forfeiting your deposit. This timeframe allows us to offer the appointment to clients on our waitlist.
By paying your deposit, you acknowledge, understand, and commit to our booking policy. Making a booking or transferring your deposit to a future appointment confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Please note: We are unable to accept colour bookings, curly hair service bookings, or large service bookings via social media.
The MRS. Collective Price Guide
To ensure accuracy and transparency with all pricing, we offer complimentary in‑salon consultations for anyone wanting a personalised quote. Because every head of hair is unique — from colour history to texture, density, and desired results — we are unable to provide quotes over the phone or through social media. Seeing your hair in person allows our stylists to assess it properly, discuss your goals, and recommend the most suitable services for you. This ensures you receive an informed, tailored plan and a clear understanding of the investment involved.
HAIRCUTTING
At The MRS. Collective, we specialise exclusively in women’s hair and select men’s hair that align with our expertise. We welcome men with long hair seeking scissor‑only cuts, as well as those with naturally curly hair wanting a curly hair specialist. All other men’s grooming, including short haircuts and barbering services, is lovingly referred to our brother space, The MR. Collective, where our expert barbers deliver the precision, craft, and masculine experience they’re known for

We offer specialised pricing for curly‑hair clients because every curl pattern requires a higher level of expertise, time, and personalised care. All curly appointments are booked exclusively with one of our Certified Curly Hair Specialists, who have undergone extensive training in curl anatomy, cutting techniques, product knowledge, and curl‑specific colouring methods. These services are completely tailored to your individual curl pattern, density, porosity, and lifestyle, ensuring your curls are treated with the precision and respect they deserve. An In Depth Curly Hair Styling & Home Hair Lesson
We will show you exactly what techniques and products are the best for your particular curls. We will allow you to style a section and give you tips on perfecting your techniques.
